Biography
Amanda represents parties at all stages of litigation in federal and state courts, bringing extensive experience litigating employment, commercial, products liability, and mass tort matters. Her employment experience includes Title VII, Section 1981, ADEA, Pennsylvania Whistleblower, PHRA, and ADA claims.
Beyond her trial experience, Amanda has led internal investigations and routinely counsels clients on employment and human resources issues. She is also experienced in drafting employment agreements, separation agreements, employee handbooks, and developing and implementing employee trainings. As Deputy General Counsel of the Pennsylvania Convention Center Authority, she managed labor and employment litigation brought against the PCCA, led investigations on employment-related issues, drafted employment policies, and advised internal stakeholders on legal, administrative, procedural, and regulatory matters. Additionally, she drafted the PCCA’s Diversity, Inclusion & Anti-Discrimination Program.
